Thank you for shopping with 2TrakFab! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a straightforward 10-day return policy.
Return Window
You have 10 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at 2trakfab@gmail.com. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your package. Returns must be sent to:

Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom or personalized items, and gift cards.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please initiate a return for the unwanted item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
